We purchased Garmin watches from RunningXpert as we couldn't find them at a cheaper price anywhere else online. We purchased them after Brexit and for delivery to the UK, not realising there was a change to customs and VAT fees that had come into effect at the responsibility of the individual. We contacted customer service as we were concerned over additional significant fees we would potentially have to pay on receipt of the watches not realising this at time of purchase. We received a swift response from the customer service team reassuring us there would be no additional fees to pay. This was indeed correct. The watches were in perfect condition and arrived faster than expected. Would highly recommend.
Bought a pair of goodr sunglasses that were out of stock everywhere else, was a little worried as hadn’t heard from the company before but they turned up earlier than expected and were just what I wanted.
The glasses themselves are great too, reasonable price for a quality product.

A very fast shipping to Germany. Everything was perfect
A very lightweight running shoe that feels great especially on faster runs. The cushioning improves the running feeling, especially when coupling (as a triathlete, I have to run immediately after cycling). Nevertheless, I have a secure hold in the shoe.
I ordered my ASICS trainers on Sunday and received them the following on Friday. The overall service was fantastic and my new trainers are the most comfortable I have ever owned
Received my trainers today 5 days after ordering them. Faultless experience and I’m so impressed with how speedy the delivery was in these Post Brexit times. The item was tracked so I could see the delivery journey. No extra charges/fees for delivery from the EU. I will 100% buy from RunningXpert again and will recommend them to my friends due to the quick service and the fact I also saved myself a fair few bob compared to if I’d purchased the trainers from other running apparel websites!!

In UK and ordered 945 watch on 29/12 it arrived 28/1. I get with both Brexit and Covid it's real tough on delivery's from overseas but the guys did send updates plus some compensation for the delays. There were no extra hidden fees etc so can only recommend to other UK customers as am sure delivery times will improve.
After being let down by Black's Outdoor with a fictitious Garmin Fenix and waiting 10 days for delivery I came across RunningXpert. They had the watch I wanted at a very good price. A short time after ordering I received an email confirming my order and a tracking number. Everything went smoothly with excellent update communications. Delivery was at time and date promised.
Garmin Fenix 5X Plus was bought at a very good price. I am thrilled to bits with it and with the service provided by RunningXpert.
I would highly recommend this company and the watch.
Delighted with my buying experience from runningxpert, i was a bit nervous because i hadnt heard of them, But they offered a great deal on a fenix 5 so i went for it and it arrived promptly. What more can you ask?!

Garmin fenix 6 purchased. Very helpful and cheerful staff in customer care re delivery times and estimates. Excellent tracking links for parcel. Great prices also. Highly recommended.
Really good experience, particularly customer service when I had some issues with delivery (all my fault tbf). Had a jacket in stock that wasn't available in the UK and it was dispatched very quickly. Will use again.
Good price and good delivery haven’t really used the watch yet but I have friends with them, and they rate Garmin highly.
